Only good people here is denise and April, I’m not sure about the new property manger Brittany. But that other lady is very rude and doesn’t have people skills considering she works with people all days she needs a course on de-escalation tactics.!!

Not sure why this review from January 2024 was removed but here it is AGAIN! People need to be informed!! Probably removed because of the failed inspections due to multiple violations ( Huds National Standards for the physical inspection Of Real Estate may be found at 24 CFR part 5, subpart G) Don't Believe The Renovation Hype I'm living in the newly remodeled Glen Meadows apartments. I've been living here for about 14 yrs. I just came back to my apartment at the end of November. I have had issues with water pouring out of the vent in my bathroom and it's only half fixed. My bedroom had black water pouring from the ceiling filling up the light fixture. There's only 3 maintenance men here and out of the 3 one just started after the new years. The emergency maintenance line is useless. Nob

Avoid this place at all cost. It's a trap. They can't even pass inspection. The staff will lie on you and to you. I've been threatened with eviction several times for calling the health department & building inspection. There's no respect among the tenants or the staff. There's constantly trash, shootings, noise disturbances, etc. Last year they tried to charge me $100 garbage fee lol I called legal aid because that's illegal. The police sit and watch illegal activities all day but will harass a tenant before a trespasser. I know every where is getting worse but this is the very bottom of the barrel.

Lived here for about 5 years total. The first three years were fine until they got new property managers. They refused to fix anything, we had a leaking water heater and the appliances were outdated. The bathroom sink fell off once and it took them almost two weeks to fix. There was a no central air and only the living room had a ceiling fan. The rental office received a makeover though complete with an AC unit and laminate flooring. They refused to replace carpet even though it was in the lease to be replaced yearly, and there was always trash around because people refused to dump it correctly in the dumpster and the maintenance guys didn't pick anything up. My home here has been burglarized on countless occasions, we’ve been victims of stray bullets coming into our apartment (which staff did nothing about), our heat was off for two months in the winter(when we told them in the summer it was broke), kitchen caught on fire (again maintence did nothing to help), maintenance orders are taking months to be fulfilled or not at all. The staff here are highly rude and only care about a paycheck, tenants are never in there best interest. Police often has to be stationed outside due to the staff always arguing with tenants or the tenants consistent drama with eachother. Your better off getting a card board box and moving next to a portable potty, as anything is better than living in chaos.
