Glen Mar Apartment Homes

My experience with living at Glen Mar apartments also got better when Jeninne came in to the rental office. When I moved in 10 years ago I paid a one time $50 amenity fee that covered the use of the fitness room. I had Astound Cable for my my tv and internet. The rate for both was so doable. Then I was told that Bulk Service was coming and I had to abandon Astound for Xfinity at 75 dollars a month whether I wanted it or not. The one time $50 yearly fee went away and now with the rent going up every year, I am forced to pay an additional $75 a month for a service I didn't want. How is that legal?

I have lived here for over 15 years. Give or take a few. Our property manager , Ms Jeanine is one of a kind , so helpful especially with the seniors. Any issue (s) that may arise she is always ready to assist in any way that she can. So thankful and blessed to have her on site as our property manager. If she doesn’t know the answer , you best believe she will be on top of it to get the answer or to have the issue resolved. Thank you for your assistance , always. You are appreciated .

I can confidently say that I can always count on Jeanine. Every time I’ve come to her with an issue, no matter how unfortunate or stressful, she handles it with professionalism, poise, and care. She goes above and beyond to make sure problems are resolved quickly and thoroughly, and she always communicates with kindness and respect. Jeanine is a true asset to the Glen Mar team, and her dedication makes living here a much better experience.

I can say it's much better living here now. My previous review was when I first moved in and was having issues with management. Since then management has been more available for your needs and addressing any issues that you're having. The maintenance department has always been very helpful. So with that being said I'm really enjoying living here now.

Ms. Regina and Ms. Jeanine have been amazing. Ms. Regina jumped into action last week when I had a problem going on with pest control and handled it immediately. I met Ms. Jeanine for the first time face to face today and she was able to answer all my questions and provided me with lots of resources and information that I needed. Thank you ladies so much.
