Glen Hollow

I moved to Glen Hollow recently and had a great experience with the leasing agent. Deshanda handled everything for me and was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, responded to my messages quickly and made the experience stress free for me. I felt like she was genuinely happy for me when she handed me the keys to my new place.

This apartment complex sucks ! We moved into a “move in “ ready unit & they lied saying appliances were brand new & that’s how our dish washer was , we were missing fridge drawers & when they brought some they still didn’t fit . Our tubs weren’t painted over in time for our move in time so it got pushed back but thankfully they have Ms.Dhae the only good part of the complex & she had it resolved. Black mold in the apartment , the apartment above ours clearly had a leak somewhere & all maintenance did was take pictures & never came back out . They charge for pest control every month but you have to request for them to come out EVERYTIME & it still didn’t do much of anything . Dhae has been one of the best property managers I’ve worked with. Always professional, responsive, and respectful. Any issue I had was handled quickly and smoothly. They truly care about tenants and maintain the property very well. The communication was always clear, and the whole renting experience felt stress-free.

My experience living here was horrible. First of all, I had no AC or heat. They came several times to work on the problem, told me it was prepared, it wasn't. Maintenance Man told me it takes time to warm the place in the meantime I was given a portable heater. My first month utility bill was high. The second month quadruple almost 400.00, next one was high also. Not because of the heater. The furnace furnace was the problem. My ceiling leaked through the entire place. Contractor came in 3 times and worked on the ceiling and outside, but never the roof, that's where the problem was. Water pressure in bathroom was very weak sometimes it would get hot, sometimes not.
