I will say due to low staffing in the maintenance department. It took quite a while to get my issues solved. However, they did solve my issue and even with me being irat. They were willing to work with me through my issue. Even with me being in a very upset manner, I extremely respect this professionalism. The issue that I had was a leak from a 40-year-old mishap, not a common issue. I understand the issue and I'm very thankful once again. Ford actually being solved. This is an updated review from a one star to a fourth star. I feel as though 5 stars would have been worthy if the issue was solved immediately, but that I don't feel is on administration that feels more on a staffing issue.

I would rather live in a cardboard box on the side of a freeway than to ever live in these overpriced, poorly put together apartments. Lived here for 2 years. In that time my apartment flooded twice, water was POURING out of the ceiling vents. They sent a company to dry our carpet and walls where I had to have LOUD industrial fans blowing for multiple days. After the second flood, the company said the entire wall and portion of the ceiling needed to be replaced. What did maintenance do? THEY JUST PAINTED OVER IT! If you have any issues it’ll take maintenance 1-2 months to even show up to put a band aid on it. These apartments are full of mold a neighboring apartment was covered for months I’m sure they just painted over that as well. If you value your health live literally anywhere else.

I've been living here for about two months and have experienced ongoing maintenance issues from the start. First, there was a bird’s nest in my dryer vent, which resulted in multiple birds getting into my apartment because the vent is still wide open and hasn’t been fixed. More recently, I’ve been dealing with a roof leak in several areas of the unit for nearly a month. Despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve received little to no response. About three weeks ago, I was told someone would be by in a few days, but no one has shown up to even inspect the problem. Very frustrating experience so far. Even before moving in, communication with the staff was difficult. I tried multiple times to schedule a viewing, but they kept putting it off until the very last minute—right before move-in. It

I rented a studio apartment for one year in July of 2024. I also have a few friends that live/lived in this complex. Do not let them put you on a ground floor unit, they flood frequently and the complex is aware of it. If your carpet or things are wet they’ll give you an industrial fan and a dehumidifier and call it a day. Without compensating you for the extra electric you’ll surely pay for. I was lucky enough to be put on a second floor. The boardwalks are falling apart up to the units, to the point where I’ve been scared I’ll have a foot fall through. Maintenance takes a long time to respond even in emergent situations. Myself and many others WANT to love this complex. It’s a great location and one of the cheaper complex’s available for many. But, with the amount many people are paying

I am absolutely disgusted. I pay $2,000 a month in rent, and this property is nowhere near worth that price. Everything is either broken, falling apart, or simply does not work. I received a new washer today, but it can’t even be hooked up because the water shut-off switch is broken, and the hot water line for the washer has never worked. I submitted a maintenance request almost two weeks ago for my garbage disposal, and no one came—I had to call and complain today just to get attention. The flooring is cheap and lifting up, the bathtub paint is chipping, and despite being told someone would come repaint it, nothing has been done. This place is raggedy and run down, yet priced as if it’s luxury housing. To make matters worse, the front desk staff has a nasty, rude attitude, and there is
