This apartment complex now goes by the name of Bolden Heights, but it can be found in a google search, and I see why. Living here has been a disaster. Mold grows EVERYWHERE, the cockroaches run rampant, the sink leaks, the garbage is always spilling out, and they NEVER answer the phone!!!! They never respond to any of your maintenance request. My heat went out for a full month and a half & this was during the snow… I called & called & begged them to come fix my heat. It wasn’t until I called Code Enforcement that they finally found the time to come “fix” it, but even then my downstairs is always freezing. Temps going down in the house into the 40s. Pictures are beautiful but reality is a different thing entirely. I'm a mother and grandmother of tenants here. For several months we cant get the water which is dripping from another apartment to theirs to stop. The water from the faucets is coming out frothy and cloudy. They cannot take showers or cook. The tub has been peeling. no one has came out as of this day. I have pictures and now will be taking this to the next level. In addition to the bugs that my family has continued to endure. And yet rent must be paid on time. Word of advice. Sometimes you have to ask other tenants hows the living conditions and the leasing representatives before going on pictures......

The gas as well as the stove in my apartment have not been properly setup or fixed in my unit for the past 3 months I've been living here. Apparently, since the management here installed a copper pipe in my unit that violates state code, none of the gas companies in the area will even provide me any heat to my apartment no matter how hard I try. This is also all happening even after calling both the apartment complex's management as well as the company that oversees this property multiple times

Awful, place was infested with roaches and water bugs, a/c didn't work, mold all throughout, kitchen ceiling leaked water anytime you showered or turned the upstairs sink on which never drained. Multiple work tickets were submitted but no one ever came out or responded. Part 2 lost my job due to covid so got behind on rent...you can assume the rest. A pecan colored man threatened me about coming back on the property when I came to verify if they had my equipment from a new job I acquired. You don't have to believe this post but I have pictures from my stay there. Pictures don't lie, hit me up if you want to see what the real Glenn Abbey looks like. Don't rent from this place.

Quiet and peaceful I don’t know about the reviews when it was called the other property, but I’ve been over here for one year, and it’s pretty peaceful I would say the young lady in the leasing office Britney is wonderful. I had trouble with the gay young gentleman that they had before but he’s been removed. I love to walk my dog because it’s very peaceful the blessed place I have lived in Atlanta so far.
