Sam King of Glaub Farm Management LLC completed an agricultural land appraisal for my family after my father passed away. He arrived on time, and came prepared with a drone and a side by side so we could get to the different parts of the property. He asked a lot of questions about the various buildings, improvements, leases, and other factors that would affect the property value. I found it very helpful that he explained to me WHY he was asking these things and HOW those things can affect the value. In particular, he explained the effect of "undivided interest" of the owners... very enlightening and helpful to our particular situation. He flew the drone around the property and took many aerial photos. The drone was really useful near the wooded areas where access was more difficult. After
