Rent price is reasonable, and not a huge jump when you renew your lease. Apartment do have some problems like leaks every now and then, but the new owners are really trying to fix it up. It will just take some time. Maintenance takes a while to happen, but it is most urgent is done first, so they aren’t that worried about small things.

Stay away!! I have had nothing but issues since moving into this complex. The management doesn’t return your calls and they don’t fix anything. I moved in at the end of March and things are still broken that I reported to them. They won’t let you do a walk thru of apartment stating that the manager previously did . Brittany Williams had me sign a falsified document explaining to me I can move out, along with others, because of bursted pipes in the winter, and the conditions of the apartment. Brittany Williams told me if I move out by December 31st, I no longer owe rent or anything to Gladstone Meadows. I had no water for three days. Gladstone Meadows was under fire from the News for leaving people in flooded apartments during the winter without accommodating them, when there were vacant apartments available. I called just to get information on a unit. The rep said a 100.00 application fee 150.00 administration fee NON REFUNDABLE approved our denied application. WHAT!!!! Non refundable IF denied soooo where does the 150.00 go??? Yeah NO I will keep looking And from my understanding, the backgrounds, they do is online as well. It does not cost 150.00 they have a online account paying 30.00 a month but charging 100.00 + 150.00 fee Thanks but NO thanks

6mo Update: Apartment has had water ingress instances 9 times within 6 months. 3 of those times were complete flooding. This is due to poor maintenance in the laundry room, rain water filling the bedroom, and water pipes apparently clogging and bursting. This happens in every buildings first floor. Original review: Other reviews are right. Management performs their own move in inspection and will not give you a move in inspection form to fill out. Asked 3x but they just kept arguing with me saying I dont need to cause they already did it and if I wanted to make note of anything I could write over theirs.
