Glade Creek Apartments

My partner and I toured the one bedroom apartments yesterday and were extremely impressed! Jessica in the leasing office was incredibly helpful and kind and the area was a lot more comfortable and quiet than I was expecting. The apartments look fantastic and spacious. Very excited to explore the idea of living here!

I have been staying on this site for a month. 6 of my packages were stolen from in front of the mailbox. There is no camera on the site. It is not a secure site. We informed the administrator about the situation and they did not help. There are thieves roaming around the site.

I toured a remodeled unit and it was very nice and modernized! I have lived there twice and looking to move back soon! This community is awesome and worth the money..

Living there was great. Maintenance was fantastic. They increased our rent so we moved into a house in Grandin for the same price. The problems began at move out. There was no communicate from the front office. Not a peep. Even though nothing was noted beyond normal wear and tear on the carpet at our final inspection they tried charging us to replace the carpet later. They tried charging us to replace the entire apartment but admitted to only replacing the entry way (approx. 3x5). They stated that they don't charge based actual carpet replacement but projected life expectancy of the carpet for the entire apartment. Maintenance is amazing! I had a few things that needed attention after I moved in. Maintenance came in and completed everything quickly and efficiently. I was happy to come home and see everything was completed as promised.
