Gittleman Management Corporation

It has been almost one year since Gittleman took over the management of our condo community. Prior to that time a different company handled our operation. Talk about a difference, responses from Gittleman have been timely whether by phone or email, not so with the other company. Gittleman has followed up on concerns and problems as quickly as I would hope they would. Certainly not everything gets done instantly, but some times subcontractors are at fault or as a board, we put off a decision which some owners think should have been made before we knew of the concern. As president of our association, I would rate them very high on the list and based on our experience today, I would recommend them to anyone.

Here I am after several years of leaving the beach condominiums leaving my review. They are crooks. The people on the board were using the maintenance to do special favorites for the good of them. I will name one, Lance. Do not ever hire this Company because they favor the people on the board and you will be paying for the favors they get from Gittleman Co. I guess it has been 17 years since I lived there.

Gittleman's customer service is some of the worst I have EVER experienced. I normally do not get upset when someone doesn't call me back right away...however, my Gittleman community manager does not EVER call me back, respond to my emails, etc. It's been four years of owning a condo in one of their managed communities, and I have never once spoken to Gittleman's representative for our community. I go directly into voicemail when I speak to the receptionist, and my emails are always unanswered. I have asked questions of explanation of my association's rules and asked for guidance and have never once gotten any response to my questions. They get an "F" for customer service and have shown me absolutely no appreciation for helping to pay for their company for the many years I've owned a condo

Our Association recently retained the management services of Gittleman beginning January 1, 2011. Offering my personal opinion, and acknowledging I currently serve on our Association Board of Directors, from an involved perspective within our homeowners' association management process it is my opinion our service received from Gittleman has been excellent in the transition between management companies, and our Association is moving forward with excellent service from Gittleman. The assigned property manager (Nikki Bjerke-Property Manager, Mike Cleary-Supervisory Manager) has been excellent to work with for our Board of Directors (of which I am presently one), community homeowners regularly speak of excellent communication and follow through by our manager, and she and Gittleman were overwh

Was just cut off by a reckless Gittleman Construction vehicle heading eastbound on interstate 94 in St Paul. The guy nearly clipped my front bumper and must have been going at least 80mph. I caught the van number, 46. Maybe have a chat with your guy and I’ll edit my review. I’m a commercial driver myself so I have zero tolerance for unsafe drivers. Particularly ones with huge identifiable billboards on their vehicles.
