I honestly couldn’t ask for a better landlord. Ms Doris is one of the most genuine, kindhearted, and beautiful people inside and out. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to make sure her tenants are comfortable, respected, and cared for. She doesn’t just rent out a place she creates a true sense of home and community. She’s extremely thoughtful, always willing to help, and does so many beautiful things for her tenants out of the goodness of her heart. Her respect, gratitude, and the way she genuinely cares for people is something truly rare. I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with someone so special she’s not just a great landlord, but a wonderful human being. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. She sets the standard for what every landlord should be. 🌸✨

Ms. Doris has been an amazing apartment manager. From the very beginning, she has shown kindness, patience, and genuine care toward me, my daughter, and my grandchildren. She is always professional, respectful, and quick to address any concerns. Ms. Doris takes great pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, and it truly shows. She makes the community feel like home, and we are very grateful for everything she does Thank you so much for everything I highly recommend this property

Honestly it’s nice to start off apartment!! But when Mary was here she tired everything to keep these apartments nice and started to be Strick And others didn’t like that!! And yes there is a curfew by 10 be inside witch I liked it because it gives me peace at mind because kids and everyone we’re out all hours!! And now that she’s gone !! No body knws how to work the office! Work orders hardly get done!! And now we gotta pay to get our things working again!! The front gate is broken!! No safety there!! Visitors park in residential parking areas witch it isn’t far!! Management is trying to over charge us rent witch is bull!! I feel like it’s a lot about money and no investment!! Sorry 🤔😒😏

Not really sure how it works but they don't have a website to list apartments and if you call get a hold of a live person because the phone number is for a realty company or a rental company. I guess the apartments don't have their own phone number

Roaches everywhere, the parking lot, the laundry, the appts. Everywhere. Everytime they spray it gets worse. The management keeps jacking up rent, then provides no services except to charge fees for things they are responsible for in the first place. If you have company come over, they want to know who and when. None of your business.
