My husband and I lived in a condo under this company for 4 years with the amazing Mr. Andrew Gifford as our property manager. The entire time we received nothing but excellent service! Anytime there was an issue maintenance wise, the very user friendly tenant portal was where you upload the request, and within 2 days it was taken care of. The portal was also extremely useful in making our rent payment process super simple and easy. Andrew himself is very fair, honest, diligent, and caring. He responds to messages extremely timely and wants to always ensure his clients are happy. It was truly a one of a kind experience, and we will always be grateful for him and Gifford Property Management as a whole!!
