Gibson by Radius Apartments

I have lived here for three years, and I still love it. The team is always welcoming, making this a great place to call home. Juan is amazing, and Johnathan has really advanced in his role as a property manager. I'm looking forward to calling this place home for another year. updated 11/18/25: I just want to update some photos. I moved three different times and into three different units. Each one was unique, but I was able to really utilize the space well in each studio. I also live in a two-bedroom, two-bath, which I love, but there was something more fun about living in a little over 450 square feet. I moved out of state and think about my time there, starting from when they first began leasing. I haven't found a place as great as Gibson's—staff, location, and amenities for the price.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Jonathan and the level of care he brings to this building. He has gone above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with apartment management. When my keys accidentally fell under the elevator, Jonathan helped me retrieve them quickly and without hesitation. Even though it was after hours and he was technically off, he made sure I was able to get a spare key so I could still move freely around the building and feel secure.. He has helped me after hours on multiple occasions, even while out of the country, always responding with kindness, urgency, and genuine concern. He is consistently friendly, approachable, and compassionate in a way I’ve never experienced from apartment personnel before. Because of Jonathan, I truly feel safe, supported

I lived at Gibson for 2.5 years and really enjoyed it here! Location is 10/10, the rooftop pool is amazing, and any maintenance issues we had (which I can count on one hand) were resolved expeditiously. Jonathan has worked his way up to manager of the property and he’s been consistently responsive and helpful, especially during the move-out process to make it as smooth as possible.

As my 2 and 1/2 years come to an end this weekend, I wanted to leave a review because this place really has felt like home. Huge shoutout to Johnathan, the property manager. He’s thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people who live here. That kind of leadership sets the tone for the entire building. And Juan in maintenance is an absolute gem. Friendly, dependable, and fast every single time. It’s rare to find maintenance that consistently makes you feel taken care of. I’ll also really miss the pool. It’s not just an amenity here, it’s a vibe. Clean, peaceful, and one of my favorite ways to unwind. I’m leaving with nothing but good memories and appreciation. If you’re considering living here, you’d be lucky to call it home.

I really love these apartments! I work about 10 minutes from here and wanted to live closer to the office and these were perfect. The building was very clean and everyone was super helpful. The agent Javon took me on an amazing tour, and I loved the amenities. The pool is to die for you can literally see the skyline from it.
