Currently build our Amberjack model home and Wow are we happy. Every sub contractor have done amazing work and the quality of every trades work has been impeccable. We bought a new construction home built by GHO Homes. We were excited about it and could not wait to see it completed! The builder, a greedy and cocky guy did a lousy job in our neighborhood! The homes were built on a land that was terrible. After putting the driveway pavers and running the irrigation, the pavers started showing calcification on them and the site was ugly! The builder replaced my driveway pavers and requested that the pavers get a chemical pressure wash, which damaged the pavers and the calcification came back again! The builder refused to fix the problem for good and we ended up with ugly driveways. Furthermore, the builder installed the worst irrigation system and community gate. We have purchased homes from Lennar, DR Horton, and Hannover before and I must admit we have never had such an incredible positive experience as we have had with GHO. Their service, especially their Superintendent Chad and their sales representative Diana at Serenoa, has been totally OFF THE CHARTS!!! We can only HIGHLY recommend GHO to anybody who wants a great high quality home and wants to deal with great honorable people. THANKS GHO!!!!!!

We liked it so much we are under contract with them now. My fingers are crossed that everything moves along quickly and as beautiful as the model. Almost 2 years after closing and I have to change the rating to a 3 star. The home Constructon is only a good on a Bad/Fair/Good/Very good/Excellent rating scale and the builder does Not back the promises for the community and common areas such as failing gates, irrigation, roads and sidewalk. Also the construction sites are a true hazard from water bottles filled with urine, as well as food garbage including beer cans and I would have to say more than a hundreds of yards roofing plastics that are left around to blow into lakes for the residents to clean up....really went down hill after merging with we’ll call them Breengrick.
