Customer Reviews
I lived at a property managed by GGB for nearly 4 years and I felt like my experience was extremely positive compared to the general renting landscape. I worked primarily with Aracely, and she was always extremely responsive and understanding to any requests I had. Even moving out was incredibly painless. Also shout out to Beto the plumber who stopped by a few times for work orders (which were always also fulfilled quickly within days). I’m grateful for my time in my old place and only decided to move to shorten my commute, but super grateful I landed such a great place as a young renter.
If I could give 0 stars I would I was previously at 6721 Curtis ave unit B which at the time rent was 2195 beautiful apartment and peaceful, however upon moving I slowly started seeing signs as to why it was up for rent for so long rats ( I’m talking big sized ones ) I complained about the stove which was infested with rat crap and pee the only reason it was changed was because the gas guy urged for that to happen it was very unsanitary and their was a hole behind the stove about 3” for rats to go in n out of I’m sure it’s still covered with metal plates and screws even then the rats still chewed through it and they came back and covered it again with metal. Let me tell you about the infestations of roaches ( ewww ) do not turn off the lights in the kitchen because you’ll be scared if you
0 star and negative review. This management sucks and scammers and only cares about how to make money. Will keep your application on pending, no call and no follow-up until they run your credit and will raise the rent without notifying the applicant after they have run it. I swear you guys will get your own karma. Do not get your apartment from this scammers!
Better business bureau needs to look into these folks immediately. The advertised deposit doesn't match what you actually pay. They showed us a dirty apartment after we signed the agreement, affecting my entire family, including my newborn and guests, due to a carbon monoxide leak that impacted our health. When we raised concerns, they dismissed us and suggested calling the police. Incompetent individuals in charge of operations.
Horrible management company. I lived in the building at 429 E. 17th St. Long Beach CA. 90813 and that building is over 100 years old and the only update done to it, was exterior paint. Interior walls are all plaster with no insulation so it gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Moisture would also get into the walls and cause mold. Many times was the manager, notified about the mold and nothing was ever done. The building is infested with insects and no pest control is ever sent. Any maintenance work that gets done, the company will find a way to charge you for it.
