The Cole TEAM is absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I had been paying rent for years with a dream of owning our own home. We had worked for years with many lenders and banks, all denying us for whatever there reasons may have been, but none of them telling us where we needed to be to actually purchase. Rob Cole patiently provided friendly customer service by answering any questions I had whenever I was worried or concerned about the progress of the loan process. I found the phone app very helpful in uploading documents. The website was also helpful in that it looked much like the Phone app and was very intuitive. Although buying a home is a rather complex process when financing is involved, friendly service and good technology made it as painless as possible.

My closing was delayed 2 times even though I did my part on time. If I was not asking, I wouldn't even know there was a delay in my closing. I don't remember a day that Rob picked up my call but he is really good at responding text messages. My realtor had scheduled a meeting with Rob so that I can ask him my questions in person about cash to close payment because I had a lot of confusion about the process but he didn't attend the meeting. I was thinking he would attend the closing too but he didn't show up there too. No matter what, Rob made it happen anyway and we are in our new house now.

Rob & Rachel have help me not only purchase but refi as well. They were an amazing duo to work with. Answering any questions not only during business hours but after hours as well.
