Look these guys up on yelp. The previous location was in Verona PA. Still the same management, new office location. I had posted a review from the previous office location that has since been deleted along with the dozens of other wildly negative reviews. (no surprise there...) Please please please do not Rent from this company. I lived in one of Gesher's properties for just over 6 months, and it was the worst 6 months of my entire life. The house I rented was BEAUTIFUL, but had soo many secret issues that were just "covered up." #1 concern... MOLD MOLD MOLD!! If you love leaky roofs, black mold, an unresponsive maintenance man, rats, and paying more than what the property is worth, Gesher is the rental company for you! They finally returned my phone calls about the leaky roof AFTER I had an inspector from the Department of Health come take a look at the property and he alerted them of the necessary fixes. They didn't fix it... or even pretend to... BUT they did call me and ask me not to reach out to the Department of Health again, so that's something.

Gesher management took us in and got us in our new apartment with in two weeks of finding out our former landlord sold the property we were on with out notice prior. Ever since our signing the lease Gesher Management was willing to work with us, and give us freedom to make the rental our own. When we moved in, we asked them to maintain the yard for the first cut, so we could just get settled In the house. We also asked them if we could repaint the bathroom and make it fit our style and the help us to put in screen doors so that way our dog Could look out at the neighborhood. Worst place i have ever rented from in my life. We rented a property and the roof was so old that it collapsed two ceilings that they never fixed because a roof for a house that old and steep had an estimate of 30k to fix. The foundation was (and probably still is) cracking. Because of the moisture from thee roof, the entire house ended up with black mold. My fiance needed 2 inhalers while we lived there, but once weir e moved, he's well again. It appears now, on Zillow, they have now slapped some paint on the walls coversing the mold and put down carpet and raised the rent from $1100 to $1700. The area is awful, neighbors' homes getting shot up, loud neighbors, cops always being called, and a high theft street. It's not worth 1700. Now the staff are hands down the rudest, most disrespect

Reasonably quick with responding to maintenance requests. We did have a few problems with leaks, electrical, garbage disposal and ants but they took care of it within a couple of days per my requests. I was initially worried about dealing with a property management company because I've had and heard of bad experiences in the past, but my experience has been positive. The house was not well insulated and cold air gets into the basement, but I just put up some weatherstripping and stuffed some fiberglass insulation around the tops of the basement walls (a roll of it came with the house, so no cost to me) and that allieviated the problem.
