Never worked with him as a realtor, but had him as a landlord. Super picky about everything. Wouldn't let me have a roommate. Required 30 day notice to move out when lease ended in less than a week, then made me pay rent for the whole month without a reimbursement for the last week I wasn't living there(even though my 30 days were up.) Didn't get full security deposit back because he charges 30$ an hour to clean some stuff that wasnt done well enough I guess 🤷 The one thing I will give him is he let me do a 6 month lease because his tenant left do to medical issues and it was winter. Granted he doesn't want to deal with winter time leases.
