I came in to do a tour and immediately was greeted with amazing energy from a very beautiful lady, she was very knowledgeable and respectful I just loved her energy. Definitely think I’m going to lease here ! Great experience overall

Run Down Apartments. Horrible Management. Not enough Maintenance workers to cover all the local properties. Move in at your own risk. The original owners have sold the property and it’s been hell here since. We have trouble getting work orders completed. We have had fees added to our leases for services which were once included in the lease or services that are not being given at all unless requested specifically(pest control). We have been changing our own filters, hand washing our dishes as dishwasher motor went out. We are trying to move and the manager doesn’t prioritize responding to verification from other landlords. We are also in dispute as to what it means to be on a month to month (no lease or written agreement) as they are trying to force two months notice when Im not under a l

Since I am unable to respond to the property’s response. Let me be more transparent here. Water has been sitting in my dishwasher for over a month due to the ‘staffing issues’. I have been unable to run a bath as both tub stoppers have worn after 3 years of use and no replacement. My clothes washer only washes on one cycle, it stalls on any other cycle. The individual wood pieces on the edge of my stairs are coming loose/nails sticking out. I have not signed a lease or agreement about a month to month since before this newest ownership/management. I have been on month to month since before these new owners took over. I asked for owners information which the manager declined to give saying she isn’t allowed however the previous management for these owners gave this information when they too

I recently went in and spoke to Nyasha she was very kind and helpful she helped me with finding a 2 bedroom she answered all my questions and everything

Has always been on top of fixing things around the home and stays to make sure it is fixed to our needs !
