While they successfully rented my property for 5 years after I moved out of state, when my renters moved out without notice, it took them over 2 weeks to realize this. Two weeks that my property was unattended. I received an abatement order from the city, as well as it being investigated for a potential abandonment situation. Emails and phone calls were not returned. Work that I requested being done after the tenants left was not arranged. I then had to remit payment myself, as Gerenza Properties failed to do so. After being promised that I would received the security deposit to cover the payments, I had to file an insurance claim against Gerenza Properties when I hadn't received it (or any communication) a month later.
