I wish I could give him a zero star. I don’t think I have ever given anyone a review specially a bad one. He represented the buyers that were planning to purchase a property of mine. I have been in business for quite a while. Not only he seems to lack a basic understanding of mortgage and real estate industry required by a broker, he doesn’t even posses any other qualities that are paramount to being a good broker such as communication. I went into contract to sell the home to his client back in July of 2025. Look at the date of this post that’s when I got notified through attorneys, not even him or the lousy mortgage broker, that the deal is falling through.
