William Raveis Real Estate - Yorktown Heights

So far, my experience with this Real Estate has not been the best. The agent has her name listed and a telephone number on the listing and when you call the number you get connected to Houlihan and Lawrence. (Weird.) When I asked for the agent Monica there was no one there by that name. I had to call the main headquarters for them to give me the office location where the agent worked in. The office then gave me her cell phone number.I called and left a message on her voicemail and texted the agent as well. To no avail. I called up the office and left a message for the manager to call me to tell him about my experience and for the manager to help me with the listing since the agent has not returned my phone call. It was not a good experience.

I worked with their agent Danielle Zumpano. She is the worst realtor I have ever worked with. She had shown me the house which I was willing to buy and once the inspection is done, she is totally inclined towards the seller side and seller agent. Her behavior is very bad and she don't know how to talk with the client. Every time I have to remind her that you are a buyer agent and not a seller agent. Even on the closing whatever things I am telling her that it was not there, she immediately took the seller side and said that it was same like before. Beware of these kind of people. Their company is representing both seller and buyer side and this does not mean that the buyer realtor is that much partial
