WARNING: My family used his services in the past to sell a couple plots of land. We decided to use another agency for a separate plot of land at a later date. Subsequently, while at a busy concert in downtown Batavia, a senior member of my family was in attendance was publicly, personally, and verbally assaulted and harassed by the REALTOR, John Gerace, on personal matters he had no business interjecting in. Professionalism and decency are clearly absent from John Gerace's dealings. I would advise anyone against working with them in a professional nature- there is very clearly a lack of restraint on their behalf that exists in both the personal and professional life. 0/5 Stars

The sold my cousins home in record time!

If I could give zero stars I would. These people only care about selling homes fast and quick. We’ve had a home up for a week and they wanted us to drop almost 20k, then another 15k the next day. The difference for them is only $300 but for us sellers that’s a very bid difference after we handle the fees after the estate is closed. Weve been dealing with Andrea or Andy. I had to inform her that she needs to be sending both executors the information not just one us and she should be communicating with both of us. She is not transparent in any way shape or form and will tell me one thing and my aunt another. I’ve heard awful things about the owner, John and it appears she’s taking after him. Save yourself the trouble and find a realtor that cares about your interest and not the lining of the
