Georgetown Square Senior Apartments

This is a nice, clean, new, low income senior housing apartment building. The one bedrooms are spacious with an open floor plan. The manager and assistant manager and friendly and helpful. It is an easy walk to all the downtown Sanford has to offer. My father in law loves walking to the riverwalk at the lake.

Georgetown Square is an excellent place for me to call home. The building is all enclosed like a hotel with a nice lobby and elevators. The apartments are small but easy to maintain, with stainless steel appliances. It's a great place to downsize to. Downtown Sanford is within walking distance, as well as Lake Monroe, the Riverwalk and Ft. Mellon.

Very nice facilities thel landscaping crew was there during our visit and were very respectful of the fact that we were there to visit our loved one.They purposely went to a different area of the property to avoid disturbing our tour.Thank You , Simply Green Lawn Care employees!!

I have lived here for one year and they have gone through 4 different managers. This place is infested with roaches and mold. Building looks good but that's where it ends. One matanience man and he's handycapped.

The place looks lovely,im a 55 year old man was looking for a place available too live ,the only thing available is the two bedroom,im told too make a certain amount of money but not enough im on a low fixed income what do they expect off of a low income from me they dont care and they dont know of what i been through i dont like where im living now so exuse me for bothering anybody i give up life is already too short for me.
