Georgetown Oaks Apartments

Sara and Tori in the leasing office were really great to work with! Saul the maintenance person was also excellent. The did their jobs professionally, on time, and were easy to work with. The building/appliances are a bit older, but in return, you get a really good number of square feet for the price. I really liked having the extra space. I took off one star for the mandatory move-out charges, such as carpet cleaning, which cannot be avoided, even if you leave the place spotless. But, nothing is perfect: Overall, very satisfied!

Shared apartment with my son for a few months. In the time that I was there, several maintenance requests were ignored. The AC never worked anywhere close to decent, and the bug inspections were a joke; I literally watched them walk in look underneath the kitchen sink and two seconds into the bathroom and then left saying they were done. Upon moving out, they sent my son a letter of $3,000 worth of made up charges for everything between changing the drip pans on the oven, to cleaning the bathroom, to a fee for not giving a 30 days notice (which he DID give), a pet fee that he had already paid upon moving in, and a whole bunch of other stuff that didn't cost anywhere close to what they charged. Lived here 4 years (year 2010 to 2014), and when we moved from there. They didn't come i to check our apartment while we were there, and when we left. Week later we received letter from them that we left some trash like few empty boxes there, also mentioned some drawer or cabinet door was broke, since I remember everything we kept it in great condition & was is working condition as well, that's why we know that they will check after we leave apartment, so we told them to come and check the day we leaving but no one showed up for that, and they charged us cleaning fee about $200-300, and drawers/cabinets door $600-700. So we stayed 4 years there, it's not worth it and they robbed tenants like I mentioned above.

Loved living here! This complex is very nice and has some of the nicest office staff I have ever met. They have always been quick to answer my questions and were warm and welcoming! Love the pool area and location is very safe! Pricing is also great for what you get and a lot cheaper than most other apartments in the Georgetown area on comparison to amenities and safety! I loved this place so much that if i could have picked it up and moved it to Lexington I would have! Sarah and Tori in the office are complete sweet hearts as well. I would definitely recommend this place and even sent my brother here who currently lives here now! If I ever am living back in Georgetown this is the first place I would go!

Great apartment at reasonable price.Location is very good. It's very close to Toyota plant and Walmart. Schools having good rating are very close to the apartment also. Also School bus have stoppage at Oaks apartment. Staffs are great, they always try to resolve any issue asap. Apartment is very safe and clean with enough parking space. Gym , swimming pool and play ground area is very nice. I am living here for more than year and I love this complex.
