My husband and I lived here with our daughters for 2 years. It was mostly fine, until we needed maintenance for anything at all, then they proved themselves fully incompetent. There were so many times I called as many numbers as I could for help with multiple issues and they never picked up or got back to me at all/in a timely manner. Now we moved out in December, they are trying to charge us 11k for completely ridiculous made up charges!!! Diana is incompetent at her job. Cody was much more helpful. We spoke to another previous tenant we were friends with and asked if he also got ridiculous made up charges, and he said yes! Absolutely slimy and despicable behavior from this so called management company. We had to warn other neighbors still living there that this will most likely happen to

I just want to give a huge thank you to Emily at the front desk! She was incredibly helpful, understanding, and patient throughout the entire process. From the very first time we spoke, she was so polite, kind, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and helped us secure our beautiful two-bedroom apartment. Her positive attitude and genuine care made the whole experience amazing. Truly outstanding service — she’s a gem to have at the leasing office!

I haven’t been living in this community long and it’s already been an absolute nightmare. First off, the application process was messy. The property manager assured my husband and I that the house would be deep cleaned prior to us moving in and it definitely wasn’t! There was animal hair, cobwebs and smelled like wet dog. It took 3 deep cleanings on our end to begin to smell normal. The place is cheaply put together. Doors aren’t aligned, drawers don’t open smoothly, etc. but those are the small issues. The property manager called my husband to drop a bomb that there’s an issue with our account and the portal kept showing a charge appear and then it would disappear over and over for days. We've lived here since July of 2024, and overall we have had a very positive experience here. I wanted to write this review to give a specific shoutout to Cody, who has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have had a great experience here. She calls us back super quickly, is great with communication, personally invites us to community events, and has solved any questions or concerns we've had. Our home is so nice. I'm usually not a fan of new builds whatsoever & was hesitant to even come tour, but from the moment we stepped foot in the house I fell in love. It's incredibly thoughtfully designed and makes so much sense for our family. Third floor laundry so we don't have to take laundry baskets up & down stairs, the crown molding lighting is so nice, etc. Well maintained property out
