Lived at China Alley for more than 10 years(this time) Definitely not taken care if the property and the residents like George Reeves did! He cared about the people who lived here and if he had a problem with something a "resident" said, he was a professional and would ask to speak with the resident to resolve the issue. NOT NOW...if you live here now..make sure you don't voice any opinions about the upkeep or anything else! The owner will just kick you out but expect you to still pay rent! Don't move here! You'll be sorry!!!

This is one of the most disgusting companies I have ever leased from. If you do by chance lease from them, make sure the electricity and plumbing is working. I failed to have this checked before moving in and am out over $1500.00 getting their repairs done. They only fix the roof and that is all they do. You will have to hire a plumber an electrician, etc. because they are not going to spend a dime. I asked to see my lease several days in advance and was told "NO". True enough I signed the lease but what company have you to spend money on their electricity and plumbing?

The property isn't in Deep Ellum it's in South Dallas next major street is Grand Ave. Where whinos, crack addicts hang out outside the gate. Once was a murder when they fought. Yellow tape around the area it happened at for a fews days, seriously. Resided there for 2 yrs 9 mos, credit and not enough monies to move so lived in torment. The bug infestation is bad, constant and had to purchase boric acid and spread mounds of it around the place. (We're talking 1 to 2 inch bugs) Woke up to them in bed and would have bite marks on body many times. Even still sweep up multiple dead bugs through out because of the boric acid that I purchased. Would have to check the bathroom tub before getting in for dead or alive extremely huge cockroaches. Kept the room clean and overly clean because of the i

I rented from them in Deep Elum some years back. I just loved them as land lords. When something needed to be fixed, by the time I got home from work, it was fixed. Very professional and friendly.
