In November of 2019 George Davis Builders did a complete renovation of my bathroom. Every aspect of the project was exemplary. Every step was on schedule, communication was good, and every effort was made to accommodate me during a period of disruption in the house. All staff, including contractors, were professional and a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with the outcome and very satisfied with every aspect of working with the George Davis organization.

I used the services of George Davis builders for a complete renovation of my parents home in the 2019 that was needed because of winter water damage. So in addition to the normal challenges of a home renovation I needed to manage this on behalf of my parents completely remotely — and the whole process could not have been more seamless and resulted in a great outcome. We believed ourselves to be fairly seasoned in the remodeling game by the time we decided to remodel our home in Harwichport in 2016, having already endured 3 major remodels of our Dallas homes between 1989 and 2015. The tricky part was going to be doing it long distance as we had been very hands on for the previous ones in Dallas where we lived year round. This was going to become our new year round home within 5 years and we would be incorporating all the best of our latest projects. The second added challenge was that the house was originally an historic 1828 cape codder that had 2 additions added in the 1950’s and again in the 1970’s. We worked with George Davis Builders in 2019 on a large basement renovation project and they were very professional from start to finish. To begin, George worked with us through several iterations during the design phase to optimize the utility/aesthetic of the space. We then received a thorough line-by-line quote of the work to be completed with detailed specifications. We had a very aggressive schedule to complete the work over 3-4 months, and they met our timeline and were largely completed by Memorial Day. Two other things to note: 1) GD's subs were very professional across HVAC, painting, electrical, plumbing, tiling, etc.; 2) There were a few minor design changes along the way, and GD did not take the opportunity to nickel and dime us with extra charges as we have seen with ot
