Our project involved constructing an accessory building (studio plus shed), rebuilding the deck, moving the driveway, and installing new landscape (including bluestone patios, stairs, gardens, outdoor shower, hot tub). They excelled at all phases. We were particularly happy with the project management including Chris Boyle, who did a fantastic job--keeping us updated at all times, and offering additional extremely useful suggestions for making our home and landscape as functional and beautiful as possible. I used TJF to redo my entire house. From the roof to the basement we had literally everything done: -new roofing, siding, two decks, front and back doors, windows, new basement vapor barrier installed (since it is a sand crawl space). -reconfigured floor plan (with help of an architect), safer staircase, enlarged kitchen, larger, more useable bathrooms, all drywall, doors, lighting and plumbing fixtures, and trim replaced, and soft pine flooring continued throughout the house (whatever existed was sanded and polyied to look new). We recently had our shower redone by Fitzgerald Custom Homes, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process. From start to finish, they were honest, prompt, and incredibly professional. They communicated clearly and kept us informed every step of the way, including pictures updates! When they were done, they left the space immaculate. The tile design is gorgeous. I only let Tom and crew from Fitzgerald Custom Homes work on my home in Truro. The quality of the work is excellent, completed on time and prices fair. He has remodeled a bathroom/master bedroom, built an addition, replaced exterior shakes and most recently replaced the roof. Can’t recommend highly enough!
