We’ve been with Genet Property Group for over 10 years, and we are very, very satisfied! The property is always well-maintained, with a private gate, clean common areas, and secure dumpsters. Outside the property, everything is kept in great condition — from the fresh paint to the lighting. We just got our second warehouse with A/C, and we couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism. Update from their response- I was never late on my rent payments yet they refuse to take off the unauthorized charge! With no reasoning. The manager is as nasty as they come! This has been such a terrible experience, I’m counting the days our lease is over. This was the biggest mistake we’ve ever made and have been in business for over 7 years. Never ever have I had such a terrible experience. If they don’t fire there manager who runs this place. They will 100% go out of business! DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The “manager” is the worse human being on the face of this earth! They misuse tenants money, they add on late fees when you are not even late! And refuse to take off the charges. Cynthia was professional, responsive, and very supportive during our warehouse search. Although we couldn’t move forward with the property due to technical requirements on our end, she genuinely tried to help us find solutions. We really appreciated her communication and commitment.

Liz, the property manager at Genet Property Group, Inc. (7071 W Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL), has been fantastic—always responsive and effective in resolving any issues that came up. Her professionalism made managing my business space easy and stress-free. Frances at the front desk is equally excellent—friendly, helpful, and the welcoming face of the office. Whether assisting with daily needs or greeting visitors, she always did so with a great attitude. Although I never met the landlord directly, I had to end my lease early due to unforeseen circumstances, and I was treated with fairness and understanding. I even received a partial return of my deposit when I hadn’t expected anything, which I really appreciated. Liz and Frances made my time at the property smooth and enjoyable from st
