Artur is the best property manager I have had in the past 30 years of being a landlord and going through multiple agents. He is on top of things right away, especially with deadbeat tenants and demonic HOAs who constantly want this or that changed. He always responds to emails, phone calls, or texts. He is super smart and his staff is just as capable. If you have a rental, Artur is your man. Truly he is the best property manager I've had and I've had quite a few. I feel confident with his contractors and I know he's not ripping me off on repairs. He is honest and a gentleman. He's also the best at collecting the rent. No excuses. He gets it collected quickly and I get paid right away. Thanks Artur and staff.

Artur has been my property manager for 10 years and he recently sold a home for me. The property needed lots of work before it could go on the market. He helped me get all the repairs and painting done before putting it on the market. The home looked great and we were able to obtain multiple high priced offers. It sold and closed within days. I continue to feel grateful and impressed with the professional service Artur always provides. As busy as he is, he always picks up his phone. Truly a knowledgeable and professional real estate broker!

Although these are my opinions and when giving my opinions, for some reason I suffer a consequence behind them. If I tell the truth about the review, then I'm blacklisted. No one wants to rent to me. I'm going through that situation right now with another property manager (GR). These platforms for reviews are here for a reason. It's definitely not to make every company look positive when they're not. So what I will say about this property management company is that most times they do have the the type of property that I am looking for. The 1st time I called I did get a little rudeness and that was probably the last time I called. Now that I am back to looking for a rental, I will give them another call and will update my review.

This is the most fake, shady, money hungry realty company I have ever experienced or heard of. For one they left my stove broken and unrepaired for ages. For two they have the most unprofessional slum lord running this place. For 3 they will try any and every shady move to not give tenants back their deposit. They also take multiple people’s application fees while they already have their tenant in mind and will try to keep your money without even processing you. Renters beware!!!! Stay away from these -people. You’ll regret it. The secretary is nice and straight up. The manager/owner is a p.o.s.

Call the Arthur realty look for a 2 bedroom spoke with Stacy at the front desk ! She call the owner Arthur said that he will meet me at the property ! Very very nice place inside everything new ! Washer and dryer in the unit ! The people at the realtor place is very very nice people very helpful ! Arthur will work with you ! Love this place !
