My husband and I were intensely angry about the lack of professionalism from Genessee Regional Bank while navigating the process of buying a condo. They kept us in the dark and confused every step of the way, offered empty promises, showed a consistent disregard for our time and nearly caused us the loss of the condo. Some of the most disorganized communication I have ever witnessed. Closing delayed over a month after the first estimate with no given reason, days wasted due to misplaced forms and unsent emails.
