Genesee Park

I wanted to leave a review to compliment the staff in the leasing office at Genesee Park. Angela is usually the agent I speak with and is always so knowledgeable and helpful. Also the property is very well kept with beautiful landscape. Honestly I feel like its a hidden gem with the proximity to so many stores and restaurants!

Greedy, corporate-owned complex! They make you pay for spaces you can’t even use and take away your right to complain as soon as you sign the lease. Beware! During the first month or so, you might feel happy, but you’ll quickly realize this is not a tenant-friendly building. You’ll be forced to deal with constant construction noise and dust, with no remorse or compensation from management. Don’t be fooled by the dream they sell you — like we were! Just look at the street parking, elevators, hallway carpets, and appliances… and remember, management doesn’t care.

First and foremost, Angela Perez has surpassed my expectations when dealing with her directly during my walk through the apartment and application process.
