Generation Rentals

I’ve rented with Linburg Rentals for a little over 4 years. Absolutely love renting from Caleb. Never had any issues when it came to fixing anything on the property. All repairs were usually done within 24 to 48 hours. A few times the family and I were locked out and he would make sure we were able to get inside the property safely. The application process was very friendly. I would definitely rent from you guys again in the future. I also enjoy the invitation to see the Christmas lights in December 🩷. Bitter sweet moment moving out but grateful for the experience and safe place they provided for my family and I.

Communication with this company is like pulling teeth. They do not answer the phone ever. It took several voicemails, several texts, a few emails over a week+ to hear back from them. Once I finally heard back, they couldn’t find my application because they denied it without saying anything (the application was still marked as submitted in managebuilding portal this entire time). I wasn’t allowed to edit, or put in a duplicate application to fix the issues they had with my application. The way they treated me once they finally got back to me - Caleb sent me active listings as if I hadn’t just toured and applied for their apartment! I make 5x the rent, 800 credit score, 100% on time payment, 3 years at my employer, clean history. Just tell me the real reason you don’t want to rent to me!

The Linburgs took a chance on my husband and I in 2020 as a young couple with a disabled child looking to rent for the first time, we were with them for 5 years and some odd days, the were quick with any questions and concerns we ever had and any maintenance needs were handled in a timely manner, the contractors who come to do work are beyond nice and are quick with repairs. If we hadn’t bought our first home we would have had no reason to move on ☺️

I have rented a unit from Linburg rentals for approximately 2.5 years. My overall experience has been positive. They are really quick to fix anything I placed into the maintenance request. They have been very understanding through hardships as well. If I come back to the area I will rent from them again.

I’ve rented with Linburg for about a year and a half and have had no issues they haven’t been quick to fix! The rental process was easy, never had a problem with the solo showings (been to multiple since renting w them), and their renters app makes everything super simple! Landlord is quick to reply and maintenance is always timely and super nice! Overall great experience and plan to continue renting with them in the future!
