My family has lived here for 10 years now. Very pleased with the recent renovations and upgrades. The office staff and maintenance are very professional and respond promptly to any needs or concerns. Great location close to highways and stores/shopping.

No refund of deposit, management sucks, very unprofessional . Sad Update on 100 Gemini place apartment’s. Even though the place to stay is good but the manager Jennifer wouldn’t pay you the deposit refund, telling that we signed a forfeit which she made us sign purposefully, that’s not at all a professional way to treat your renters. After staying in the apartment for 3 years and keeping the place clean as new the management deducted $850 as forfeit for no reason. Guys be sure you are not going to get any of your deposit back let however clean and tidy you give back the home. As you can see in the video we cleaned, washed carpet, vacuumed and dried, the place is much better than we received the house. Such a good place but so sad about the management. I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now. They remodeled the apartments and all I can say is a HUGE UPGRADE to what it was. I brought my daughter home to these apartments! Amazing maintenance and amazing construction team!!

Great place to live quiet and neighbors are friendly I recently moved in not too long ago and the man who did the renovation did great definitely worth it especially with everything being so close like Walmart gas stations and food places

Management is reasonable and will resolve things if you talk to them and the apartments are nice and close to everything
