DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE PRE APPROVAL FROM YOUR OWN LATER FRON THE GATE!!! DO NOT let them talk you into using their mortgage company. They do not pre approve VA loans and will steal your money and claim you defaulted so they keep your $10,000 that they claim they never got or never got proof of it. The only positive thing I have to say is Tiana is very good. She is very descriptive and knowledgeable and really tries to work with you. That woman deserves a raise and promotion to be honest. But the Gemmcraft company as a whole are scammers. Come with your own loan, DO NOT WORK WITH ENVOY.
