The community I live in recently transitioned the HOA from the developer to the community and it has been a nightmare. We literally were given 2 weeks to figure it out. After calling references from 2 out of our 3 options and speaking with them and giving them our concerns - It was clear that Sentry was going to be our property management company. Once we met with Connie we knew she would be the best fit to help our community. I will be honest - the stress of the transition made me want to quit the board on multiple occasions but now that Connie is our property manager, I no longer feel stressed. Connie has already jumped in and handled situations like a champ and I am grateful for her everyday! She truly is the best at what she does.

Tammy Watts went above and beyond recently with helping us navigate a difficult situation. She was calm and unflappable and remained focused on defusing the problem. Her institutional knowledge proved invaluable in helping us decide how best to move forward. I really don’t know what we would have done without her.

Sentry Management provides their services for my Bayside community on Kent Island in MD. I am very pleased with how well they keep the community informed with all that is going on here. There are regular emails sent out to keep us all updated and their open door policy makes it very easy to provide feedback. Overall a significant upgrade from our previous property management company.

Courtney Ruleman, working out of Sentry’s Cambridge office is a delight to work with. She is efficient, professional, and on top of her job. I appreciate her service and support for our neighborhood.

Connie is an excellent community manager. She is always transparent, fair and proactive on possible challenges we may face- allowing us to prepare and never be surprised. Her knowledge and efficiency is by far the best we have had with Sentry Management!
