Obviously this company is a scam... Most of the reviews are 1 star with a bunch of fake 5 star reviews. Nightmares. Signed the lease thinking it was a steal, but two weeks in, they jacked up the rent by 50 percent with zero notice. Leaky pipes? Sewage leaking all over. Broken AC in summer? Tough luck. And don’t get me started on the harassment—constant texts demanding payments already made, showing up unannounced to “inspect” my place like I’m a criminal. Every corner of this dump’s a problem, and they thrive on making your life hell while pocketing your cash. Run, don’t walk, from G&B Property Management.

I originally rated G&B 5 stars to receive a discount on my rent. Bear that in mind when you see any 5 star reviews on this company. As other reviewers have noted, the maintenance team for this company is not communicative and consistently unprofessional when actioning work orders. I have reported my bathroom outlet as broken for over 6 weeks now, 3 separate work orders, and the issue remains unresolved. What's more, this most recent attempt to repair, they failed to return my fridge back to its original position and left all my personal items in the bathroom sink. Certified mail requests are a must to actually get repairs done. Given how high rent is already in this city, this level of inhospitable and incapability from a maintenance team is unacceptable. Absolutely Outstanding Experience! I’ve had an amazing experience with G&B Property Management. From the very start of my lease, they’ve been incredibly responsive and professional. Anytime I needed help with my unit, their team was quick to respond and always made sure things were handled smoothly. A huge shoutout to Blake , he’s honestly the best property manager/Leasing agent, I’ve ever dealt with. He’s professional, proactive, and genuinely goes out of his way to make sure tenants are taken care of. Do not ever give this property management any more money than they deserve. I have filed multiple maintenance request regarding my windows being broken which has caused flooding in my apartment. I asked that they fix this issue but they only sent people to "dry" my carpet but it was still wet after for another couple of days. My windows have been leaking since the fall and the issue has still not been resolved. They don't care about you. Don't listen to the 5 star reviews.

This office only deals with you when you're renting out your house. They don't deal with you when there's a problem. When I mention getting my deposit back i received no response. Sometimes, when we go in person to address the concerns no one is around to help. Ive had major issues with my apartment and managements seems to not prioritize safety or wellbeing
