Never had a problem with the owner never even saw the guy was there 6 years then got evicted by the receptionist that's been there 30 years without even telling the owner that she did it because I didn't want to follow her orders and get along with her daughter . She kicked out the tenants that lived below u for 13 years s to put her daughter in there and it was no fun after that.

Pretty good as far as our situation was concerned. Very prompt response and fix of any Maintenance concerns. It's nashua so you can't expect much out of the area but the apartment is super nice and affordable.

It's the best landlord I've had. Always respond in a timely manner. Send a worker right away to fix any issue. Polite and respectful!

Absolutely disgusting never fixed anything crack head tenants heard about most of their tenants having bed bugs SLUMLORDS doesn't even begin to describe them!!

This was just visiting my friend for a short time, not to mention that anyone I know who’s had experience with them claims all their buildings are bedbugged out
