Update as of 3/1/2026. We are very frustrated with the current ongoing management. Angel has been the only management member who has adequately addressed our issues and concerns. Over the past 2 years of being here the past several months have been quite rough. The ungodly smell coming from our bathtub drain (since October) was finally addressed by February and after finally using a snake and removing piping to get a better look we are no longer having issues with odor! But, it took MONTHS and us threatening to go to the city to properly get things addressed. Secondly, the property itself is becoming... disgusting. There is trash and feces littered across the property. Outside of our apartment there are a minimum of 20 piles of dog poop in the gardens. Many of which are not fresh. For t

I had my first apartment here from 2023-2025. The biggest complaint that I saw in the reviews when I was applying here was about the children/noise. I do agree with the fact that there are a ton of kids that live here and some of them can be loud and disrespectful to those around them, but I also understand that those kids are bored and we have to accept the things that come with apartment living. The primary reason I am giving 2/5 stars is because of management and staff. In the two years I lived here, management changed 3 times. Rules went from pretty standard and normal to extreme and immediate. You’re not even allowed to park backwards without a threat of your car being immediately towed. The office manager, Angel, I believe her name is helped me with all of my concerns and questions. I am planning a move to the area soon and really wanted to know what kind of amenities and other things were close. Other than asking the normal questions about move in fees and deposits. She was amazing and answered all of my questions! Would definitely recommend this property for her alone. Her professionalism and customer service skills are better than most apartment managers I have ever had to deal with.

We have been without a dryer for a while, and with life being hectic (especially now that I’m newly pregnant) we just haven’t been able to get it fixed with what little time we have. Jimmy knocked on our door today and had the entire issue fixed within hours. And this was not a simple maintenance request; not only was our dryer broken, but the breaker was as well. Jimmy coordinated a team immediately and made sure everything was handled the same day. He even had someone help him bring the replacement dryer to our apartment so we wouldn’t have to go another day without one. He was incredibly kind, polite, and respectful of our home through the entire process. This feels like an early Christmas gift and we are beyond grateful. HUGE thank you to Jimmy! *I am updating my review* after posting my original review, the apartment management group reached out to me to apologize for my move out experience and make things right. Overall I feel as though they handled the complaint well and were fair with the deposit that they returned and with what they charged for cleaning. I lived here for 7 years so I feel like I can give a fair review. While my experience living here was average. For the amount you are going to pay in rent living here, these apartments are slightly outdated. While the apartment was nicely sized and had vaulted ceiling - They are difficult to maintain a consistent temperature during the summer and winter months. The trash situation is a PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERN. For the number of units and people living here, one woul
