Gateway Park Apartments

Have lived in Gateway Park Apartments for three years and I honestly have to say, I've loved it. On the very few instances where I've had issues, they were fixed immediately and with zero fuss. While I wish there more of a "community" within the building itself, I think maybe I was just disillusioned to what "apartment building living" is. But the neighborhood is amazing. There's basically a park in the front yard. And it's a five minute walk to half a dozen bars and eateries. And a ten minute walk to groceries and other other basic necessities. Also, I should say, Sue in the front office is a treasure. She's been super helpful anytime I've needed it. If Gateway Park Apartments are indicative of all Kenmore Development properties, I'd recommend any one of them.

Lived here for one year. The location of this place can't be beat. Everything is in walking distance and having the canal across the street is amazing. The apartment itself is small, but very comfortable. Loved that the sink is right outside the bathroom, so two people can get ready at once. Never would have left, but we needed a bigger place.

The maintenance work at Gateway Park Apartments is exceptional! I informed the property manager of my issue and within an hour maintenance was in my apartment correcting the issue. Fast and reliable.

Quiet, clean, and charmingly urban. These apartments sit in the "downtown" district of the City of North Tonawanda...across the brick road from the tiny Gateway Park. A quick walk to almost anything you could possibly want, including bars, restaurants, banks, and stores. These studios are perfect for singular living, as all utilities are included.
