They failed to mention the fact that my apartment would shake every time my neighbor above me walked, and every time a neighbor shut their door. They failed to mention the fact that a train sounds its horn multiple times a night. Every. Single. Night. 11pm, 1am, 4am, 6am. My windows stay closed- the same windows with a draft that they have yet to fix since the dead of winter. And it's no fun having to walk a mile to take out my trash in the winter because there are no bins remotely close to the building. They also failed to mention that the entire complex is surrounded by Sand Flies 90 percent of the summer. I open my window and they’re stuck on my screen. I open my balcony door and there’s dead flies in the rail. Most days I can’t even go out onto my balcony. Upon leaving the parking lot

Initially it was great living in this complex, so glad I got out before it got even worse than it is, and they keep raising rent while offering nothing. The owner is rude and unprofessional, berates his employees in-front of the apartment buildings at 7 am, cussing them up and down for no reason, oh because they didn't pull a weed or put a rock in the right position. No wonder he can't keep help. He is a greedy man that doesn't know how to manage/run a property. Property management never returns call or emails, never sends out the emails (or are last minute, under 24 hrs notice) when the apartments are going to be entered for spraying the balcony. Faulty gym equipment in both buildings that never gets fixed. There have been drug busts and arrests here and they keep allowing similar people

We're moving to there shortly. North Tonawanda is becoming a jewel on the Niagara.

What a beautiful location! The view is amazing and walking around the riverfront property is a fantastic way to relax. Beautiful sunsets too! The owners have been so accommodating by providing all of the amenities of the property. A beautiful clubhouse with large screen TV, kitchen and seating looking out at the beautiful pool. The theater space allows for a larger group to have room for conversation and for dedicated fans to watch the "big game"! The apartment is lovely with quality workmanship and a hard working crew to keep everything clean and in great condition!

My husband and I have lived here since September 2022. We first lived in a 2 bedroom apartment on the water which was absolutely beautiful with all the modern conveniences. We have just recently moved to a townhouse which is very spacious and modern. It feels just like living in a house. I love the staff. They are so friendly and are always willing to help. The owners are fantastic. This is a great place to live!!!
