Gateway Crossing

Overall, pretty good. 3-bedroom is pretty spacious. Not the worst price, either. Mailboxes are outside, which is not ideal. Package room is tiny and always full (not that they control how full it is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ). The carriers pretty much never scan the package in. The door is always open to the package room. If the leasing office is closed, you can’t retrieve packages and neither can carriers leave packages, which is also not ideal. I’m not saying the office has to be open all the time by any means, I just hope they will be able to work that out since it seems to be a flaw. Only some of their apartments have washer/dryer and some don’t, but they don’t say anything about whether it does on the website, not favorable. I moved into Gateway Crossing 3 months ago and have been very pleased. The facilities are clean, staff is attentive and friendly. Whether I go into the officer to make a coffee or pick up packages, Jadaha greets me every time. She is also quick when responding to emails from the beginning when she assisted with the moving process and even now when I have questions. Gateway is a great place to live!

So far I been staying at Gateway Crossing apartments for a month and I must say the apartments and community is very pleasant . The complex is clean and very quiet . The apartment itself is very beautiful . It’s by alot of food spots which is very convenient and the staff is wonderful .. Especially Jadaha Overall I am happy to be here and would highly recommend this place to anyone . This place is a HUGE difference from my last apartment

Easy staff to work with, great communication and work orders were fixed quickly. The apartment layout was nice and had some nice features. Tracee is a sweetheart and was wonderful to work with. She was super helpful moving in and afterwards. She works hard to create a community for the residents and help make it a nice environment to live.

Jada was Amazing. She helped us every step of the way! Overall experience was amazing. Workers are genuine and kind. Best move experience yet!
