Gateway Apartments

Cheryl, the property manager, was super nice and really knowledgeable about the property. I’m planning to move to the area within the next year, so I spent a week touring a bunch of different apartment communities, and this one was by far the best I saw. The units were clean, really spacious, and the grounds/common areas were well maintained. I toured multiple units and Cheryl was very accommodating with all my questions and concerns. She took the time to show me around and made the whole experience easy. Definitely my top choice so far. 10/10.

Really nice apartments! One small but oddly satisfying thing I love is the extra-deep kitchen sinks. The staff is also great. Maintenance is very responsive and gets things done quickly, and the office team is always friendly and helpful.

I have rented quite a few places, but this one was by far the most frustrating. During the first month of renting I received an email saying they were moving to a new property management company. Just a few months after that, yet another new management company. The maintenance team and quality of the physical apartment are the only reasons I gave two stars. Maintenance was prompt, and the apartment was very well put together and maintained. The walls are VERY thin. Thin enough that I could hear my neighbor snoring every night. There was constant thudding, door slamming, yelling, and more. I was required to pay $15 for uncovered parking each month, and not a single garage was available. They also refuse to plow if it is actively snowing, and by the time they do plow, it’s so packed down tha

I absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing. Brodie is always super quick to answer any questions that pop up. We've got awesome, friendly neighbors. The maintenance staff is quick and thorough. And I have always felt safe being here.

Ask for Brodie! Did a tour with Brodie recently, apartment looks really good and the amenities appear to be decent quality. Brodie was very attentive to questions and concerns. I think he's sold me on the location, it is a quieter part of town too which fits my needs!
