Their care and willingness to listen have truly made a meaningful difference. In the past, communication with tenants was difficult, and concerns were not always fully heard. I had a great experience with Gateway Apartments overall. The building is well maintained, the location is very convenient, and the whole leasing process felt smooth and professional. I especially want to highlight Natallia Bryleuskaya, the leasing agent I worked with — she was truly wonderful. Natallia is extremely helpful, responsive, and patient, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free!

Sorry, not sorry — but people who are considering renting these apartments deserve to know the full picture. The electricity bills are outrageous. A studio can run around $400 a month, a one- or two-bedroom ranges from $500 to $800, and a three-bedroom can reach $1,500 during the winter. And management does absolutely nothing about it. At the same time, rent is increased by 5–9% without hesitation. If you’re late with payment, they move quickly. Even if you’ve already paid, they can still create unnecessary issues. The buildings are old. Even the “renovated” units are mostly cosmetic — they look nice in photos, but underneath it’s outdated and disappointing. The ventilation systems are full of dust, which is unhealthy. Pipes clog constantly. Mold keeps reappearing in the bathrooms. Over

Recently had the pleasure of moving into gateway apartments. What is usually a stressful and taxing process was made simple by Natallia Bryleuskaya and the leasing office. They were so helpful, answering every question with consistency and promptness. It set such a great tone, and gave us a warm welcome to our new home.

The rental process is very easy and well organized. The leasing agent, Natallia Bryleuskaya, helps us complete the leasing documents within 1-2 days. A website with qualified movers and insurance companies is provided. And the apartment is just renovated. Highly recommended!
