We have been renting with Gates for a few years now and just renewed our lease again since we've had such a good experience with them. Any issues that we have had, which hasn't been much at all, were fixed very promptly and painlessly. It has been a pleasure living here and comforting to know if something else ever does come up, Michael or Jessica will have it resolved quickly.

I've been a tenant of Gates for 5 years. I am moving to NC and wanted everyone that may be looking for a home, rental or looking to rent their house out to know what an outstanding experience Michael and his staff created for me. We just signed our second Lease agreement with Gates, and for the last year they have been great to work with when it came to issues with the home. Even Michael the owner of Gates came to the house when we were having a couple issue, both issues were fixed within days. Jessica has always been great to talk to and always made sure any issues were resolved.

My husband and I have used Gates realty for over 6 years to find homes on more than one occasion. Michael the owner is a very personable landlord and professional. His office staff is as well.
