Gatehouse Apartments

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Never lived here but the application process was very weird and unprofessional. Still to this day I am waiting on my money to return to me because they have you pay a deposit a admin fee and the application fee and that's why I don't be trusting some of these older complexes and stuff because you never know somebody's trying to scam you out of your money. That application was put in almost 30 days ago and I still have not received my money called numerous times emails and all and still have to go through all this just to get my money. That is highly unprofessional if you want people to move somewhere. I usually try to see the good in people no matter what but I don't play these type of games and if I do not receive my check for my money within

This place is a joke the property manager is unprofessional they stole my admin fee money won't refund me the $300 that is owed too me and my wife they keep lying about sending out a check Kristi has an attitude towards me because I'm confronting them about My money .. it's sad an unfortunate that I have to write this review I will have legal action taken I will file a police report for fraud. She won't answer the phone return my calls they keep making up excuses every week about how they issues me 3 checks in the mail .. they are liars please think twice about applying here ... I've been waiting on a refund for over 30 days and two weeks

My experience has been awesome. The property manager was so friendly and professional. She (Kristi)is a very warm and welcoming person.Kristi is a very good conversationalist. Most of all,I'm very pleased.

I had a very good experience with Kristie she’s very happy person. She responds to every repair needs and complaints. She do our best to accommodate you. She’s very respectful and nice and make you feel real comfortable I would recommend a friend.

miss kristie is wonderful she is patient and she is very understanding since she took over gatehouse apartments been wonderful thank you miss kristie for everything you’re the best landlord i’ve ever had
