Gaslight Square Apartments

I've lived here for over 3 years and have enjoyed my experiences with the management and maintenance crews very much . Nicely maintained units, they've been refurbishing each one as it vacates which is great. Rent includes utilities, and they allow cats with a reasonable monthly fee, which is the lowest I've ever paid to have my cat. Neighbors are very friendly and mostly stick to themselves (no nosy nellies!), coin-op laundry in the common area. Snow removal is always prompt, they keep the hallways cleared, and they provide recycling bins and 2 dumpsters for trash. Spencerport is a wonderful village and the apartment complex is located fairly centrally - easy to get around and within walking distance to shops or downtown! I'd recommend Gaslight Square to friends and family 🙂

Nice apartments with reasonable rents. Utilities included! Nice neighborhood with easy access to Rt. 531 and the village of Spencerport. Access to parks, shopping and the canal is within a mile. The landlord is highly professional and takes great care of the buildings. New owners recently (2018). Lived there for several years and loved it.

They don’t have the right number of the sign. They haven’t for over a year. They have my number on the sign. If you call it, I’ll either decline it immediately, and you’ll have to hear a very, very long recording afterwards, or you’ll talk to me and be disappointed. I have no other way to reach them. So if you’re interested in this place, don’t call them. It’s pointless. I’m assuming they don’t really care about their business at this point, because I have gotten all of their calls. Including business calls, and constructions calls along with regular people every day. Just a heads up.

Would not recommend at all been there 3 years they went to sell property and wouldn’t renew my lease with no reasoning behind it. Kicked me and my kids to the curb with no we’re to do I asked for more time they said no. Not to mention there has been plumbing problems they have yet to fix well I payed 6 months in advance each year they don’t care about their tenets all about money they fix nothing

I love my apartment here! Very affordable and all utilities included with rent. Been here a few years now. Great schools and quiet town to raise my daughter in.
