Unsanitary constant recurring shower and kitchen sink brown water and the ceilings leak in the apartments and lobby whenever it rains. The management company is aware of their brown water problem but chooses to spend their resources on other things instead of fixing the problem. Not safe if you have children.

Have been a tenant for 4 years, but will not renew my lease next year. This place was initially decent, but has changed. There's always DIRTY WATER, the plumbing/pipes are antiquated, management's is unresponsive and is quick to CASH your check, but SLOW to handle basic issues...They rent GARAGE parking to any sized vehicle and good luck if you need repairs done to your apartment. The rent is cheap, but you pay for what you get. Pay attention to the 1 stars people!

I was located on the Garden floor, it was nice at first but then we started dealing with huge water bugs and floods. The shower would often turned brown on us and irritated our eyes. We did a mole test & it failed . The bath room toilet and sink were over 50 years old told by the building workers and they’d chip and break and we were held responsible for it , so we didn’t get our full security deposit back unfortunately because the building is old and falls apart . The upstairs apart seem to be way better on a positive note . It’s really unfortunate. We only stayed for a year .

This is a great building to live in. I have lived here for over 20 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, they had someone out very quickly and always the same day I call. Roberto and Anthony are very professional and fix any problems very quickly. It is nice to live in a building complex where the owner is there every day.
