Before listing our property, we interviewed many brokers. We chose Matthew Barbaccia of Brix Real Estate Advisors because he was the only broker who presented us with a detailed marketing plan aimed at both the wider NY market and the local market. He was also the most supportive about the price at which we wished to sell, and because of his efforts, we sold our property at what we believe is a fair price.
