After some unsuccessful online searching for a new apartment, I called Lydia Maria from ERA after being given her phone number by a family member. In less than a week, I was shown what would become my new apartment, one that I never would have known existed if not for ERA. Both Lydia and Lou were very helpful throughout the whole process, answering phone calls at all hours of the day (and night!), including on my moving day. I did not initially plan to use a real estate agency when finding my new apartment, but I am glad I did for the ease and peace of mind that came from allowing them to handle all the back-and forth communications which I am sure happened behind the scenes.
